We realize that these are significant changes to our current system and that many of you will want to take advantage of some of them. For now, we ask that you please do not open any tickets requesting disk space increases or price reductions. We will be sending out a mass email within a few days notifying everyone of these changes and providing more information. At that point, we will be ready to respond to requests for plan changes.
The mass email will explain a bit more about our decision to stop offering backups, but for now please note that we have always made it clear that clients are responsible for their own backups. Please do take your own remote backups of your data regardless of where you host it.
On an unrelated note, we are going to be offering completely new SSD plans in the not too distant future. Keep your eyes open for more news soon!
